Hasan Nasbi, Head of the Presidential Communication Office (PCO), recently shared crucial insights with regional leaders to ensure alignment on President Prabowo Subianto’s main programs during an event in Sei Rampah, Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra. The event, titled “Tangible Evidence of President Prabowo Subianto’s Programs,” was organized by DPP Gempita, aiming to shed light on the government’s flagship initiatives.
Accompanied by Muhamad Isra Ramli, Deputy I for Communication Materials and Information at the PCO; Tigor Pangaribuan, Deputy for Systems and Governance at the National Nutrition Agency (BGN); and North Sumatra Governor Bobby Nasution, Hasan emphasized the need for a synchronized understanding between central and local governments to ensure the smooth execution of national priority projects.
President Prabowo’s policy agenda is not impromptu but stems from meticulous long-term planning. According to Hasan, many of the government’s initiatives are inspired by a book authored by Prabowo over a decade ago. One noteworthy program is the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) Program, designed with long-term vision and implemented in numerous countries worldwide.
During the forum, regional leaders like Darma Wijaya, Regent of Serdang Bedagai, and Maya Hasmita, Regent of Labuhanbatu, provided feedback and proposals concerning the MBG program. Hasan stressed the importance of collaboration and direct communication to drive tangible outcomes on the ground level.
Furthermore, Hasan highlighted the importance of managing SPPG (Nutritional Fulfillment Service Unit) kitchens to ensure that meals meet at least one-third of daily caloric requirements and are enjoyable to eat. He urged participants to provide feedback if the food quality does not meet expectations to avoid wastage.
In conclusion, the event served as a platform for regional leaders to gain insights into President Prabowo’s programs and foster collaboration between the national, local, and private sectors. Feedback and proposals shared during the forum will contribute to the acceleration and success of the government’s initiatives.
