The School Revitalization Program is another initiative aimed at improving the educational environment for children. This program will renovate thousands of schools, focusing on those in remote, underdeveloped, and densely populated areas lacking proper learning facilities. President Prabowo has allocated a significant amount of funding to address the urgent need to repair damaged schools across the country.
Data shows that a large number of schools in Indonesia have structural damage, impacting the safety and dignity of students, especially girls. Many students struggle with inadequate facilities, including basic necessities like toilets. The School Revitalization Program prioritizes schools in the worst condition, aiming to provide a safe and sanitary environment for all students.
